This business, I came out with a name Mom’s Recipe. Mom’s Recipe was built with a help of my mom which is the head chef in this project and will be incharge on cooking the Pulut Kuning Ayam Kapitan. This product is 100% homemade cuisine that be prepared by my mom, Puan Haslina Bt Abd Kadir. So, my mom and I is a business partner who run this business together. This business start to operate around January 2020 and luckily, it got a lot of support and loved from a Pulut Kuning lovers.

First of all, Pulut Kuning Ayam Kapitan was picked as a product that I would sell for assignment project (Digital Entrepreneurship) by Madam Faizura. For this assignment task, I will provide a food services. Pulut Kuning or sticky rice is known as one of a traditional foods that would be served on several occasions. But, I want to make a change by selling this food, so that people nowadays can taste a tastiness of this dish whenever they want no matter the time and place.

Next, Ayam Kapitan is a dish that come from Malacca. This dish is more likely like Rendang Ayam, but there’s a few ingredients that makes these dish have a differences. So, with the combination of these two dish which is Pulut Kuning or sticky rice and Ayam Kapitan, that’s how I came out with an ideas of Pulut Kuning Ayam Kapitan.
